Position Responsibilities:

The Pacific Region has an exciting career opportunity for an Area Human Resources Manager. This position supports on-site guarding operations for one of the "media capitals of the world," at sites located in and around the cities of Burbank, Hollywood, Pasadena, and Glendale.

This position is ideal for experienced, motivated, positive, and successful leaders. Prior HR experience in California is requested in the following disciplines: employment law compliance (wage hour, benefits, audits, risk management), employee relations, team leadership (training, developing, empowering, coaching, counseling, culture-building, team development), high-volume recruiting, and office administration. This position works in a diverse, fast-paced, and decentralized environment and requires regular engagement with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels. This position requires a daily onsite presence and some travel throughout the area.

Compensation:

This full-time W-2 position provides an annual salary within the range of $110,000 to $115,000, a $500 monthly car allowance, comprehensive benefits for both self and qualifying dependents, paid time off, 401K with company matching, employee discounts, internal and external developmental opportunities, and more.
