As the Area Executive Director, we will look to you to promote our CHIEF core values of compassion, humility, integrity, excellence and fun. The Area Executive Director is responsible for assisting with the operations oversight at Enlivant communities as an Interim Executive Director and trainer for new Executive Directors.


  • Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures within the communities

  • Provides training and support to all Enlivant team members and promotes quality care and independence for our residents

  • Conducts field audits at the Enlivant communities within the division

  • Additional duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in an operations role

  • Administrator's license or certificate per state requirements

  • Associate / Bachelor Degree as required by state regulations

  • Financial acumen and budget management experience

  • Exceptional problem solving and time management skills

  • The ability to travel extensively within the division

  • The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed

  • The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Clinical and supervisory experience in long-term care, community based care or assisted living/memory care

  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Health and Wellness Director, Charge Nurse or Director of nursing

  • Previous experience managing multiple locations (multi-site)

  • Exemplify and be an influential team player

  • Possess exceptional communication skills

  • Exhibit strong organizational capabilities

  • Empathetic and a good listener

  • Remain flexible and adaptable

  • Work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee morale

VIEW JOBS 2/17/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-17T00:00 <p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p>This position performs a variety of routine shipping tasks, including picking, packaging, loading and unloading shipments. Primarily related to prepaing product for shipment via parcel packages.</p> <p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p> <p>Most of the work is performed in a warehouse environment. The employee may regularly work near moving mechanical parts, in an area with moderate noise levels. Steel-toe boots are required. Must be able to work harnessed to lifts to &gt;than 4'' above ground.</p> <p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Check that pulled parts match pick slip.</li> <li>Order and maintain sufficient parcel supplies.</li> <li>Insure proper information is included on all packages and that labels are legible and secure.</li> <li>Insure charges are on package as required.</li> <li>Inspect product for vendor labels then re-box and /or remove labels before shipping. </li> <li>Foam product before shipping when needed.</li> <li>Understanding Parcel packaging requirements such as weight limits</li> <li>Make sure all packaging requirements are met to prevent damage.</li> <li>Pulls order for shipment in accordance with pick pack slip and customer requirements.</li> <li>Sorts, counts and labels parts that are being shipped.</li> <li>Inspects product for damages and notifies supervisor.</li> <li>Make all faculties’ box orders making sure they are labeled, palletized neatly and organized. </li> <li>Operate shrink-wrap machine, card board baler and sealer.</li> <li>Operate steel and poly strapping tools when banding parts and pallets.</li> <li>Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks and/or different styles of fork lifts when pulling from racks and/or loading a variety of trucks.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Capabilities:</strong></p> <p>Technical</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.</li> <li>1 - 3 years materials management experience, preferred.</li> <li>Must be able to perform basic math calculations, add, subtract, multiply and divide.</li> <li>Computer experience necessary to use computer workstation or tablet, keyboard and visual display terminal.</li> <li>Background check required. </li> <li>Reliable transportation.</li> </ul> <p>Physical </p> <ul> <li>Ability to occasionally lift, carry, bend, stoop, reach and climb ladders.
