Directs all phases of guest and host relations related to the Guest Services operations, which includes the Front Desk, Bell Department in the Waikiki Management Group of hotels. Ensures quality guest service and technical efficiency.
Responsible for staff development and supports and implements policies and procedures set forth by management. Position leads all financial management planning related to scheduling and ordering for the area hotels. Technical ability in Opera PMS is essential to this position.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Travel Industry management, previous experience in hotel management or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable job knowledge and skills can be acquired. Minimum 5 years guest service/hotel experience and minimum 2 years supervisory experience and the ability to work flexible shifts any day of the week is required. Proficiency in Opera PMS ideal for this position.

Compensation& Benefits:
$88,000-90,000, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant's skills, experience and/or education.
