Position Overview:
The job profile for this position is for an Architecture, Senior Advisor which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Pega/Workflow lead, you will identify the tasks and responsibilities on Pega Implementation, create and extend a Pega application, Manage rules and rulesets, leverage the Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) to promote rule reuse between case types and applications, configure roles, access groups, and privileges, manage data access within an application, create wizards to configure a sequence of assignments, design applications for multiple device types and screen sizes, including mobile devices and manage integration settings
Create end-to-end Solutions that maximize alignment with target states and reuse of IT assets
Work closely with cross-functional business teams in a consultative manner to drive new business and/or meet compliance requirements
Work in close collaboration with multiple IT delivery teams in a matrix environment to influence enhancements, design, and mutual understanding of business need
Provides technical expertise to teams and projects, developing capabilities via the use of new technology and products and maintaining a deep level of involvement with the development teams.
Responsible for building delivery team consensus, and monitoring and facilitating execution of such Solutions; ensure solutions fit within project schedules and costs, providing options when required
Support sizing efforts within the application domains assigned and provide leadership to organize and facilitate sizing efforts provided by the team, helping to insure end to end solutions meet the business need.
Align the Value Stream and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to a common technological and architectural vision
Establish critical Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) at the Solution level
Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning as needed, Pre- and Post-PI Planning, System and Solution Demos, and I&As
Maintains updated architecture vision and decisions on Confluence
Assists in creating and maintaining best practices, deliverables, and processes for the System Architecture team.
Required Experience / Qualifications:
This position requires a highly motivated and collaborative person with exceptional communication skills, proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT areas on all phases of the software development life-cycle.
7 years of progressively responsible experience or Masters with 4 years of experience in building and implementing model- guided, enterprise-level business solutions
Pega PRPC experience highly desirable
Pega CSA/CSSA/LSA certification is plus
Experience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management)
Experience in various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors and SOAP Services etc
Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs, running pre-flight and PAL.
Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
Knowledge of Pega Robotics and workflow orchestration
Knowledge of AWS technology stack and solution patterns
Experience in software development phases including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications
Experience in a variety of technologies including, but not limited to, Pega, AWS, Oracle
