What You Will Be Doing

This client is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to integrate with the studio to design and manage all aspects of institutional projects. This position will report directly to the Sr. Project Architect

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-interfacing with contractors and clients
-managing all phases of the building project and project schedules
-managing multiple projects at various stages of the building phase
-monitoring and tracking progress, invoicing and budget, and proposals
-manage project staffing, team workflow, and collaborate with Sr. Architects
-managing closeout process
What You Need for this Position

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Building Architecture Design and Construction
2-3+ years of experience in Architecture/Construction Project Management
Bachelor's or higher in field of Architecture or closely related field
Proficiency in Architecture design software including Revit
Strong organizational and administrative skills

Bonus:
Experience with MSBA or other public school projects
Massachusetts Architecture License
MCPPO Certification
LEED AP

External Job Title – Manager of Cloud Architecture This role will have responsibility for guiding the corporate Cloud presence supporting both customer-facing and internal cloud-based tools. Providing technical and management guidance to a team of around 4 experienced cloud professionals, the person in his role will ensure that industry best practices for cost containment, security, automation, and developer self-service are provided. Duties and Responsibilities include: People Manager Enable and empower people to do their best work in an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation and fosters development and learning. Build, coach, mentor, and develop a highly functioning team of cloud architects Translate the company's strategic vision, align group's work, and help individuals understand their impact on HMH's success.
