Ware Malcomb, an award winning and international design has an Architecture Fall Internship available in our New York City office.

Ware Malcomb internships offer an excellent opportunity for students to work under the guidance of an Architectural Project Manager and gain hands on experience with an international design firm in a collaborative work environment.

Interns will report directly to a Project Manager and will support the Project Management team in efforts of design, document development and administration, depending on expertise and knowledge.

Work hours are flexible within 8 AM 5 PM business hours. This is a paid internship.

Intern Qualifications:

  • Architecture Interns must be currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year of an accredited architecture program

  • Must have strong CAD and/or Revit skills

  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite preferred

  • Prior architecture internship experience preferred

Must meet customer expectations by striving without reserve for the greatest possible reliability and quality in our products, processes, and systems by being accountable, having a voice, and taking action. Clinical Specialist will spend a high percentage of their time in procedures which requires a person to develop clinical knowledge within electrophysiology (EP), develop in-depth expertise of the Niobe remote navigation system, along with displaying outstanding sales abilities and the assertiveness needed to drive the Stereotaxis business. Job Requirements ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Represents Stereotaxis during procedures by providing all necessary product expertise and demonstrates expertise in all aspects of clinical/ troubleshooting techniques. * Provides direct support to physicians during clinical use of Stereotaxis products. Assist Field Training in training customer's properly on the use of all aspects of the product to increase utilization and enable them to conduct training for their personnel ("train the trainer"). * Understands national, regional, and territory sales objectives. Works in partnership Area Business Managers and Directors to achieve and exceed goals. * Updates team members immediately following procedures regarding issues or problems requiring follow-up. Handles capable customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product. * Advises on product issues regarding suggestions/ improvements to the system arising from product problems identified through technical support at customer's site. Follows-up to make sure fixes are received and tested. * Promotes the safe and effective use of Stereotaxis products and related procedures. * Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records. * Assists in final testing of new products. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelors degree in field related to computer based training, bio-medical engineering, or the life sciences highly preferred. * 1 – 3 years clinical knowledge of Invasive Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology a plus. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to work independently. * Ability to problem solve and generate creative solutions. WORKING CONDITIONS: * Could be up to 80% travel minimum dependent on territory. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and risk of radiation. * The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
