Architectural Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional architectural solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to budget. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects and designers Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals Oversee all phases of project development, including design, planning, construction, and closeout Conduct code analysis and prepare permit applications and entitlements Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members Ensure project compliance with relevant regulations and standards Conduct assessments of historic structures and lead preservation efforts Implement sustainable design practices and achieve LEED accreditation Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders Promote professional development and community involvement within the team Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management Proficiency in Revit and other project management software Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities Demonstrated mentorship and leadership abilities Experience in design, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, scheduling, budgeting, and code analysis Knowledge of contract documents, permitting, and entitlements Familiarity with graphic design and accounting principles LEED Accreditation preferred Experience with sustainable design practices Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Benefits Hybrid work schedule Medical, Dental and Vision benefits FSA/Flexible Spending Account Employer paid long-term disability and life insurance plans Nine paid holidays (includes one floating holiday) Paid vacation Sick leave 401k Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
