We are hiring an Architectural Project Manager passionate about social equity to help bring impactful projects to life. Architectural Project Manager Overview:

As an Architectural Project Manager, you will oversee the development of architectural projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, community stakeholders, internal architects, and external construction teams to ensure that projects meet community needs while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Your project oversight and team document production management will include affordable housing, civic buildings, corporate offices, and restaurants.

Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to maximize community benefits. Construction Oversight:

Coordinate with construction managers and teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project completion. Regulatory Compliance: Navigate regulatory, zoning, and compliance issues, working with local authorities to meet all legal and safety requirements.

Partnership Development: Foster partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other organizations to secure funding, support, and collaboration. Progress Monitoring:

Report on project progress to internal and external stakeholders, adjusting strategies as needed. Design Collaboration: Work with architects and designers to ensure project designs are inclusive, sustainable, and culturally sensitive.

Community Engagement: Engage with community members and stakeholders through workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years in architectural project management with a proven track record of successful projects. Multifamily housing or affordable housing experience is a plus. An interest in social equity and experience with community-focused projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups. Community engagement experience is a plus. Proficiency in project management software and Revit.
