Architectural Project Manager

Job Description: Perform code review, complies with project budget schedule Select, evaluate implement design components used in projects Evaluate existing conditions - formulates response to challenges Responsible for significant aspects of larger project, responsible for work on smaller projects Responsible for daily design and technical development of project Responsible to supervise/produce Construction Documents through CAD and BIM Coordination and QA/QC of consultants' work Construction Administration for select projects Advanced knowledge of construction techniques and material selection Maintain project files (multiple projects at the same time) Documentation Communication of specific project tasks (to client team) Comply with internal project budgets (team hours) Design/implement project scope of work, comply with schedule Qualifications:
