Architectural Project Manager

Job Title: Architectural Project Manager Job Description Our Architecture client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

You will manage a team of 4-5 people on multiple projects and handle the following responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the project in all phases of work. Organize a work plan for each project assignment.

Maintain the project schedule. Oversee the internal hourly budget. Organize, coordinate, and manage technical and administrative staff assigned to projects.

Ensure technical accuracy of documents, specifications, and reports prepared for the project. Manage and coordinate contracted engineers and consultants. Report the status of all aspects of the project to the Principal-in-charge.

Keep the client informed of project status. Solve budgetary, constructability, and technical problems on projects. May be required to execute drafting tasks on an as-needed basis.
