Job Description:

The Architectural Drafter is responsible for handling all aspects of producing the architectural and production drawings for modular homes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings including foundation plans, floor plans, elevations, electrical/HVAC/plumbing layout, cross sections, etc.

• Prepare detailed drawings for shop floor production showing deck layout, wall framing detail, truss layout, etc.

Qualifications Required:

• Proficient with AutoCAD Architectural drafting software

• Knowledge of residential construction practices, modular home building a plus

• Self-starter with ability to carry out assigned tasks timely and efficiently

• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills.

• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, and attention to detail.
