Architectural Drafter

Description:

We are looking for someone who can jump in and start producing construction documents for the client.

This person will be assigned a project and will work with the Principal Architect. They will work primarily on design development.

(The Design Concept is already complete)

This person will then jump to construction documents, responsible for floor plans, elevations, and detailing, they will pull present permits set and complete construction documents to be issued for construction. (Their work will be reviewed by QAQC before going out to their client)

This person is responsible for Preparing construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details. Develop specifications and cost estimates for projects.

Assist in the preparation of construction bid documents. Coordinate with other architectural design professionals.

seeking an Architectural Designer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area! This is a full-time on-site position where he/she will oversee the day-to-day tasks associated with architectural projects.

Responsibilities include design development, construction documentation, and construction administration, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Construction Documents and Production. As well as Proficiency with REVIT and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required, and experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.
