Job Description

This promising opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to develop new skills and advance their career in architectural drafting. The role involves operating Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems to create technical drawings for building construction, creating and modifying REVIT & AutoCAD models for design projects, and documenting existing conditions at job sites. The candidate must be able to work closely and communicate with architecture and engineering staff, consultants, sales representatives and clients.

Hard Skills

• Proficient in REVIT & AutoCAD
• 3+ years' experience using REVIT
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BArch), Drafting Technology or related field

Soft Skills

• Ability to work closely and communicate with team members and clients

• Ability to document (hand sketch) existing conditions on job sites

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Goshen, New York.

Work Environment

Our company employs over 130 professionals across various fields and in three different states. The office is conveniently located in the heart of Goshen, NY, within walking distance to restaurants and public transportation. This role is primarily office-based with occasional field visits as needed.
