A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DESIGNER

As a member of our architecture team, you help keep our projects running. Your main responsibilities include the design and production of various architectural construction projects in a variety of markets. You won't get bored here at Schemmer! Due to your exceptional organizational skills and ability to coordinate with other disciplines, projects are always completed by their assigned deadlines and according to plans. You're design skills and ability to foster a team environment makes you a great fit for this position!

ABOUT YOU!

• You'll have earned your Architecture degree and have a plan to pursue your Architectural license.

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in architecture; internships may be included.

• You have experience in producing architectural construction documents.

• You have working knowledge of contract documents, estimating, & specification writing.

• You'll have some familiarity with building codes and regulations.

• You are great at working with and collaborating with other disciplines on the project team.

• You are proficient in Revit and have working knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Microsoft Office Suite.
