Architectural Designer

OVERVIEW

Merrick is seeking an Architectural Designer to support our growing Architecture Team! This person will ideally be based in our Greenwood Village, CO Headquaqrters, but our San Antonio, TX; Atlanta, GA; and Albuquerque, NM offices will be considered.

Typical annual pay range for this position is $58,000.00 - $68,000.00. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Architectural Designer will collaborate with other drafters/designers while also working independently, producing quality, efficient designs for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong Revit skills and post graduate experience in facility design.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.

• Minimum of two (2) years years professional, post graduate experience as an architectural designer.

• Proficient working in Revit, AutoCAD, other 3D modeling programs, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to prepare construction documents under the direction of an architect.

• Occasional travel to client sites.

• Client projects for this position require sole U.S. Citizenship.

• Local candidates strongly preferred.
