Junior Architect | Consultant to Hire | On-Site

Our client is looking for a Junior Architect with 3-5 years of experience to work with the DDC on the restoration of the exterior/façade for a Health Center, which will include replacing windows and repairing the roof.

About the firm & work:

This firm works on a variety of projects with the DDC, commercial lobbies & amenity spaces, and various city agencies. Looking for a candidate who is self sufficient, eager to learn, and can work independently.

This candidate would take part in conducting site visits, working on Construction Documents in AutoCAD, and working with DDC to update the exterior of this building.

Qualifications:

• B.Arch. Degree

• 3 - 5 years experience

• Strong technical experience in Construction Documents

• AutoCAD

• Façade restoration

• Experience coordinating with consultants

• Open to seeing candidates with a variety of experience- Exterior, Commercial, Institutional

• Design Development

• Construction Administration

• Project type: Renovations, Restorations, Ground-up, Commercial projects, lobbies

• Roof repair experience
