The candidate is an emerging professional growing in their understanding of producing working drawings, how construction materials work together, and communicating design intent through construction details, prefers REVIT experience for providing these skills; and requires willingness to learn REVIT. Will work with more sr design staff to develop designs from schematic design to construction documents. The ideal candidate has a passion for excellence, demanding of themselves to deliver on-time tasks while learning and growing as a professional. Weekly plans and commitments will be used to manage and achieve team and project goals, learning day by day from our design staff working on exciting projects that are shaping our community.
Develops, modifies, and/or reviews drawings according to established company standards.
Perform basic architectural assignments and works from designs of others, compile data, perform basic design computations, prepare architectural plans, design details, and renderings.
Utilize company project templates for project execution.
Follow company QA/QC process.
Keep up with timekeeping and reporting daily, submitting weekly timesheets at the end of every week.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner in all communications, whether written or verbal.
Follow company file management procedures in maintaining project documentation.
Attend project and company meetings as directed by team leads or managers.
Identify training opportunities to continually improve and participate in them as directed by the manager.
Provide feedback on company policies and procedures to continually improve company efficiencies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university/college.
Minimum of 2-4 years of architectural experience designing commercial, K-12, and local gov't projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Program Suite
Experience with Revit - Revit/ BIM is a PLUS - AutoCAD experience is okay
Ability to use working knowledge of all consultant work to maintain efficiencies and meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
Proficient with Photoshop, Sketchup, or related graphic programs
