Architectural Designer

Job Description

Actalent is seeking a talented architectural designer with 10+ years of experience. This individual will work on sports projects in a dynamic and collaborative studio environment. This position requires a highly motivated, agile individual with strong technical and design capabilities. The candidate must have a solid knowledge of Revit, as there is a significant amount of experienced staff available to provide training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile data

• Perform design computations

• Work with experienced designers and project teams on conceptual designs

• Handle design development and production to deliver projects on time and within budget

• Apply creative design concepts

• Develop project proposals

• Support design efforts and client presentations

• Develop, modify, or review drawings to incorporate design intent

• Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and implementation documents

• Collaborate on the development of design throughout appropriate project phases

Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge of Revit

• Experience in all phases of design

• Commercial experience (sports, education, hospitality, large-scale commercial)

• Ability to compile data and perform design computations

• Proficiency in producing graphic presentations and 3D renderings

• Strong technical and design capabilities

• Ability to collaborate with project teams

• Creative design thinking

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office and 2 days a week remote.
