Architectural Designer

Job Description for Architectural Designer:

MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 4+ years of Revit
• 4+ years of experience in Office Buildings, Medical, Retail, Commercial or Financial Institutions
• 4+ years of experience with architectural design, drawings and construction documents

In this role the Architectural Designer will be required to navigate through drawings to confirm accuracy and make any changes. They will also be required to understand and create construction documents. Other responsibilities would include: concept design creation, code interpretation, and design development. In this role they will be required to use Revit, as this is the only software the client uses. They are open to bringing someone in with any industry within commercial, but the primary projects they will be working on to start with are Multifamily and Corporate Office buildings. In this role, they will need to be able to work in collaboration with a team on a project.
