Job Description Job Description TrendHR is seeking a talented Architect to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and architecture, with proficiency in various software tools and a strong understanding of construction processes. Our client is looking for someone who wants to learn and grow in a small firm and sees the value of working in a smaller firm. At a small firm, architects are given the opportunity to break out of box and be creative. And with that comes the recognition and big parts of great projects. This is a direct hire with our client. Duties: - Design and plan architectural projects from conception to completion

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

• Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software

• Oversee project progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations

• Negotiate with contractors and other professionals to secure project agreements

• Supervise construction to ensure quality and adherence to design plans Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

• 4-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management

• Proficiency in Revit is a must

• Strong ability to draft architectural plans and create visualizations

• Knowledge of construction management principles

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
