Tetra Tech's High Performance Buildings Division is actively seeking an Architect to support our architecture and engineering projects and services. The qualified applicant will support Tetra Tech's global Hight Performance Building's market, specifically relating to facility design projects locally and occasionally worldwide. The selected candidate will experience a unique opportunity to be involved with projects located in various areas of the world working with a team of in-house experts in all disciplines. Our dynamic work environment requires thinking outside the box to incorporate design and construction solutions to adapt to unique project specific challenges.

Your contributions will include:

• Lead and collaborate on architectural and multi-discipline design teams, including building design, space planning, code review, building envelope design, sustainability, and detailing for construction documents.

• Interact with both clients and multi-discipline teams in design charrette work sessions.

• Perform product research, assist project leadership with materials and system evaluations for sustainability, constructability, and value to the client.

• Utilize modeling software such as Revit to product technical drawings with only minimal assistance.

• Develop BIM management plans and lead the BIM efforts for projects.

• Perform various construction administrative activities such as reviewing submittals and shop drawings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.

• 8+ years of experience as a Design or Project Architect.

• Possess functional BIM management skills and advanced knowledge of the use of Revit software for project production and design.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to do 10% travel.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Architectural Registration preferred.

• Experience or interest in sustainable design desired.
