You Are:

An experienced and visionary Analog Mixed Signal Architect with a strong background in analog design, particularly in AI and datacenter applications. You excel in designing, developing, and evaluating physical IP such as SERDES, DDR, and Memory. Your technical expertise is complemented by your ability to lead and oversee architecture implementation, continuously improve design efficiency and methodology, and provide top-notch technical support to customers. You have excellent communication skills and can effectively interact with both internal teams and external clients. You thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight, leveraging your deep functional knowledge to solve critical issues and implement strategic goals that impact corporate results.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and overseeing architecture implementation for AI and datacenter applications.
• Designing, developing, and evaluating physical IP such as D2D SERDES, DDR, and Memory.
• Continuously improving design efficiency and methodology.
• Providing technical support for customers, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

What You'll Need:

• MSEE/BSEE with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive experience in analog design, particularly in AI and datacenter applications.
• Strong technical expertise in designing, developing, and evaluating physical IP such as SERDES, DDR, and Memory.
• Proven ability to lead and oversee architecture implementation.
• Experience in continuously improving design efficiency and methodology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide technical support to customers.
