What You'll Do: Engage closely with clients to understand their vision, priorities, and goals Prepare and present design concepts, specifications, and cost estimates Coordinate and lead all aspects of the design process, ensuring seamless execution and quality standards Collaborate with contractors and builders, overseeing construction phases to bring plans to reality. Your Experience & Skills: 10 years in architecture with a Registered Architect (RA) license Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities U.S. Citizenship is required
