Commercial, Schools, Hospitals, and DOD Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Permanent Architect to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

As a Permanent Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the physical environment through the creation of inspiring, sustainable, and well-crafted buildings. This role is perfect for a passionate individual who thrives on challenges, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Develop and design architectural blueprints while ensuring compliance with the client's requirements and the prevailing industry standards.

Lead the conceptual and schematic design process, often coordinating with a team of design professionals. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including detailed drawings and specifications. Manage and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.

Oversee the construction process to guarantee that the project is completed in line with the design. Regularly attend site meetings to monitor progress and address any arising issues. Maintain project timelines, budgets, and ensure the delivery of high-quality architectural services.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, advancements, and legislations. Provide expert advice and solutions to clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

A master's degree will be considered an advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on architectural design. Proficiency in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and legislation. Exceptional design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical expertise. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients and team members. Adept at problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to overcome project obstacles. Must have a valid license to practice architecture.

LEED, Green, or other sustainability certification is a plus.
