About the Role: As our in-house Architect, you will kick off the design-build process with initial customer consultations and work collaboratively through the final stages of construction.

You’ll be the visionary behind our projects, balancing creativity with functionality and ensuring every design exceeds customer expectations. What you will be doing: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and turn their visions into actionable designs.

Manage design projects elements from concept development to completion. Develop and present inspiring project proposals that excite clients. Prepare conceptual drawings, imagery, specifications, and construction documents.

Ensure designs meet client needs, budgets, and timelines. Conduct research on feasibility, environmental impacts, and code compliance. Mentor in-house architectural team and collaborate with construction professionals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and more. Analytical Skills: The ability to gather and analyze data to inform project strategies.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations. Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred), professional licensure (NCARB certificate preferred), and 5 years of architectural experience.
