Summary This position will be responsible for leading and executing design

Arc Group’s business development and project planning for K-12 and Higher Education sector. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Identifies potential customers and develops strategic relationships. • Assists clients in early project development (facilitating in-house and external resources as required). o Referendum campaign support o Education adequacy review and programming o Facility Assessment o Development o Programming o Pre-Construction o Site Selection o Identify alternative funding sources and entitlements. • Works with our in-house funding source team • Assists in proposal and interview process and strategy for K-12 & Higher Education. • Develops marketing plans for K-12 & Higher Education. o Collaborates with appropriate stake holders in developing. o Assists in developing opportunity for K-12 & Higher Education. o Active in related trade associations • Attends trade shows. • Performs other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture from an accredited university and current architectural registration/licensure • At least 6 years of post-graduate experience in the planning, design, documentation, and construction of K-12, Higher Education & Healthcare Sector • Demonstrated computer proficiency (BIM360, Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Advanced knowledge of building code and life safety issues; you understand K-12 & Higher Education workflow and have exposure to process improvement activities and productivity systems such as LEED AP or WELL AP. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals. • Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. • Ability to possess and maintain an exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others. • Ability to travel as needed to serve market sector interests, including School Board meetings. • Highly developed problem solver and decision-making ability • Highly collaborative team player • Broad technical knowledge, construction detailing, materials acquired through field experience. hc145867
