  • CA PPM looking for a position with a leading company, Bartech can help! We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nation's biggest companies. Our client has a need for an Architect

  • CA PPM. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities

Your specific duties as an Architect

  • CA PPM will include:
  • Need to provide an expert understanding of CA PPM tool.

  • Should be able to provide a strong working knowledge of both backend and front end of the tool.

  • Provide expert advice on how best to leverage the tool for our business process.

  • Provide recommendations to senior architects and managers to identify improvement opportunities and upcoming challenges.

  • Responsible for documenting system requirements and defining the proposed system solution using technical components at a developing level.

  • Applies abstract knowledge along with proven methods to a set of technologies with the goal of creating an extensible, maintainable, and practical solution to meet business needs.

  • Assists in setting designs and the direction of the technical platform.

  • Helping to set up directions on using this tool.

  • Completes phases of current and long-term strategic goal assessment to help develop operational system requirements.

  • Models existing-state and desired-state system functionality.

  • Document technical system solution required to implement the proposed design.

  • Provide subject matter expertise for a specific technology/function domain to assist in system integration efforts, troubleshoot implementation issues, and develop/maintain technology strategy and roadmap direction.

  • Analyzes data on existing processes to identify system conflicts, roadblocks, and bottlenecks.

  • Team is looking for what kinds of output they are getting and can get from this tool like metrics, reporting and KPIs.

  • Provides assistance in application, technology, and network integration.

  • Makes process improvement recommendations to senior associates and managers.

  • Maintain awareness of emerging technology and software trends as well as infrastructure tool sets of at least one technology or functional domain.

Job Requirements

As an Architect

  • CA PPM you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelors' Degree is required for this position.

  • Manager would prefer to see candidates with a degree in computer engineering.

  • Other disciplines can be considered as long as the candidate has applicable experience.

  • Manager is seeking candidates with 5+ years' experience using CA PPM

  • Candidates with certifications in "CA Certified Professional Clarity v12 & v13" & "CA Certified Business Analyst Clarity v12 & v13" would tell the manager that those candidates should have the level of skill needed with this CA PPM tool.

  • Required Skills:
    Business Knowledge; Strong Domain (CAPPM tool) Expertise; Application Design
