Job Description Job Description Buckl Architects is a mid-size firm located in Cherry Hill NJ completing complex healthcare projects since the early 1990s. Qualified candidates hold a degree in architecture from an accredited university with 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination. The ideal candidate is familiar with all phases of design, construction documentation, and construction observation. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary in addition to the ability to effectively coordinate with consultants and production staff.

Applicants should be confident, goal oriented, organized and must be willing to take on multiple tasks and responsibilities. Candidates must be proficient in Revit with the ability to produce construction documents. Presentation skills including 3D Renderings and walk through animation are a plus.

Responsibilities: Develop functional program driven designs that meet the client's need as well as being aesthetically pleasing Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships Prepare renderings and documentation for client presentation Mentor less experienced personnel Qualifications: Healthcare project experience preferred Previous experience in architecture Licensed Architect or in the process of becoming licensed and holds an NCARB Record. Proficiency in Revit necessary Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, MS Office applications, AutoCAD Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prime Applicants only.
