Looking for ambitious Architect Level 1 to join our firm in Charlotte NC. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and motivated to excel. Essential responsibilities will include ability to develop a project from programming through procurement.

Key qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited school of architecture

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional work experience;

• Ability to work independently and with consultants under the lead of a project manager;

• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and graphically;

• Self-motivated and highly organized;

• Creative thinker and problem solver;

• Able to work collaboratively in a team-based environment;

• Proven ability to produce construction documents in Revit;

• In addition to Revit, working knowledge of MS Office, Newforma, and Bluebeam desirable.
