Architect

Description:

Searching for licensed architect with degree from NAAB accredited program to create architectural models in Revit and take project from schematic design, design development, construction documentation through to construction administration for commercial, multifamily, and hospitality projects ranging in size from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet.

• Architect will be responsible for finished plans, specifications, and material approvals for projects under the direction of a senior level designer and will communicate directly to mid or senior level designers and project managers regarding the development of architectural models.

• Architect will also perform project programming and analysis, site survey, and documentation.

• The ideal candidate is hungry for feedback, has a demonstrated history of taking direction well and providing team leadership to others in the production of quality construction documents. Candidate should posses demonstrated proficiency and understanding of IBC, accessibility, and local zoning codes in the state of Utah.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Architectural degree from NAAB accredited program or be in process

• Bachelors' Degree required

• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
