Architect

Description:

Mid-size Architecture firm that specializes in building envelope & façade repair is looking for a technical architect to join their team!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture Degree

• 2+ years of professional experience

• Construction Documents in AutoCAD

Responsibilities:

• Façade experience Consultant will partner with a Team Leader to produce Construction Documents for 1-2 projects at a time.

• Responsible for working on FISP projects on buildings of at least 15 stories.

• Will be required to go on site one day/week.

• Candidates who have experience working on exteriors/facades of new buildings will be considered for the role.

Compensation package is very competitive.

10 days PTO, 5 sick days, 11 holidays

Lunch & learns Provide studying materials for exams and RA's cant tutor people who are studying for the exams. Pay for licensing exams

Schedule:

OFFICE HOURS: 8:30-5:30 or 9:00-6:00pm

5 days a week
