Job Responsibilities

• Work directly under the Architectural Principal and Project Architect and is responsible for supporting the delivery of projects through all phases.

• Design

• Conceptual contributions, client presentations, studies Documentation.

• Design Development, Drafting, Detailing, Construction Documents Coordination.

• Working closely with clients, in house engineers, leading and mentoring junior staff, partnering with Architectural Principal

• Projects supported are primarily data centers, generator buildings, and other highly complex infrastructure.

• Understanding how shop drawings are processed, assisting engineers with the architectural tasks of engineering projects.

Additional Details

• R.A. Not Required

• 3-6 years of experience professional.

• Core and Shell Experience is a must.

• Engineering Coordination required.

• Willingness to travel is highly preferred as many projects are out of state, although this is not frequent.
