Job Description Job Description Eider Investment Inc. is seeking an Architect with a vision and passion for design and detailing of custom homes on the seacoast of Maine. Our ideal candidate will approach the design process with excitement, curiosity and won’t be afraid to think outside the box.

Responsibilities Include: Managing the architectural design process from the initial design meetings through construction to ensure the client needs are met Strong ability to manage positive client relationships, project budgets and schedules Sales for design services, construction services and follow up on leads Organize design for current and future projects Manage and direct design staff Generate renderings and graphics to communicate design elements Conduct existing condition surveys Zoning and permits Have a thorough understanding of building codes Desired Requirements: A Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university 5 years of experience Architectural License in Maine is a plus.

Strong writing and communication skills Experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCad, Microsoft Word and Excel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid Holidays Paid Vacations Schedule: 40 hour work week Monday - Friday
