Purpose of Position

To assist Hunting Manager in maintaining the Archery Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Aid the Department Manager in cycle count management and completing counts.

  • Assist the Department Manager with merchandising the department by following corporate guidelines

  • Assist in completing price changes on time.

  • Open and close the store (if required by the Store Manager)

  • Ensure that the entire department is clean, faced and straight at all times.

  • Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management


Required Skills:

Good verbal and written communication is required as well as the ability to work well with the customers and co-workers.

Education and Training:

A very strong knowledge of the area that is assigned as well as a good knowledge of Tomax.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves a variety of physical activities including: talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Visual acuity is required for completing work on computer. Some heavy lifting may be required.

Travel Requirements:

This position does not require travel.

In this role, you'll work with a team of Social Service Specialists who investigate complaints of abuse, abandonment, neglect, and exploitation of disabled and vulnerable adults. Your knowledge, skills, and experience will help Transform Lives. Some of what you'll do: * Provide on the job training, mentoring, feedback, coaching and consultation to staff * Case planning and staffing of cases * Assigns and audits work, detects error trends, identifies training needs and reviews case actions * Conduct face to face interviews with victims and perpetrators in high risk and volatile situations * Prepare and provide testimony at administrative hearings, court proceedings, criminal, civil and administrative proceedings What we're looking for: * Ability to work independently to complete investigations and assessments in the homes and residences of individuals * Strong organizational skills to prioritize caseloads and meet timeframes * Understand and apply medical terminology specifically related to aging and long term clients * Ability to evaluate crisis situations and or complex case issues and staff with appropriate authorities * Excellent communication skills * DSHS experience Who should apply? Professionals with three years of experience assessing risk and safety to vulnerable adults and one of the following: Bachelor's degree in social services, criminal law or justice, or related field and two years of experience performing functions equivalent to a Social Service Specialist 3. or Master's degree in social services, criminal law or justice, or related field and one year of paid experience equivalent to a Social Service Specialist 3. * A two year Master's degree in one of the above fields that included a practicum may be substituted for one year of paid social service experience Questions?
