As a Security Services Operations Intern at Archer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our growth and mission.

Your tasks will include:

• First-line support: Assisting with reported issues.

• Troubleshooting: Investigating security alerts in various SOC systems.

• Process enhancements: Streamlining day-to-day operations through workflow improvements.

• Case management: Escalating and resolving cases across different environments.

• Project participation: Contributing to technical projects, incident response and user access reviews.

• Team support: Assisting the Security Operations Team, creating and improving existing documentation, and other assigned project activities.

Qualifications:

• Current University/College student.

• Solid understanding of networking principles.

• Solid understanding of administering Windows and Linux OS's.

• Availability to work at least 2-3 days a week.

• Experience with Microsoft 365.

• Experience with various scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.

• Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate cross-functionally.

• Highly organized, responsive, and energetic.

• Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills.

• Knowledge of cloud environments.

• Computer Information Systems focus is also advantageous.

• Familiarity with SIEM technology, log aggregation, and cloud computing.
