Overview of the Company:

Pieper Electric is a company seeking an individual with an electrical background to join our team. Our group specializes in performing Arc Flash/Coordination studies by gathering essential information from equipment at various jobsites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to encourage repeat sales and positive referrals.

• Take prompt action to effectively resolve any customer complaints that may arise.

• Complete projects, jobs, and reports with efficiency and accuracy.

• Travel to different job sites within Wisconsin, and potentially outside of Wisconsin.

• Opportunity to transition into a Hybrid role, involving tasks such as creating one-line drawings, conducting short circuit studies, coordinating protective devices, and performing arc flash analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Industrial electrical background and knowledge. State licensed JW or Master Electrician.

• Self-motivated, ability to work alone.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional and timely manner.

• Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately.

• Willingness to travel and work on various job sites.

• Ability to perform light installations ( ex. install infrared windows, Panduit VeriSafe testers, modify breaker settings, assist with preventive maintenance)

• Overtime and/or long hours may be required.

• Positive safety attitude and personal integrity - both are non-negotiable

• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical trade.

• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

• Perform Infrared Thermal Scans when necessary. We will train for this if necessary.

• Ability to read one-line drawings.

• Knowledge of Arc Flash software (Easy power, SKM) would be a benefit, but not required.
