ABOUT PACE-Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) allow people who might otherwise live in a nursing home to remain cared for in their homes, in their community.

One main advantage of this program is that the participants healthcare is managed by an interdisciplinary teamfrom PCPs to specialists, from dentists to physical therapists. Participants receive regular check-in calls, transportation to/from appointments, social opportunities, meals, prescriptions and much more.
