This position is with the Platform Management team within the Innovation & Strategic Services Technology (I&SST) organization. I&SST is part of Wholesale, Wealth & Investment, and Innovation Technology organization.

The MS Dynamics CRM Production Support Tech Lead will focus on implementation, delivery, and maturity of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release & Deployment Management, and Vulnerability Management.

  • Deliver day-to-day application production support services for Application Integrations

  • Drive triage activities for medium to high severity incidents working across partner and vendor teams

  • Troubleshoot complex production issues leveraging partner teams and Subject Matter Experts

  • Perform root cause analysis as part of problem management and follow-up on action items through closure

  • Ensure operational risks managed through the risk systems, processes, and initiatives

  • Support and drive the delivery of required compliance work

  • Champion continuous improvement work across Technology & Infrastructure teams to drive stability, client delight and operational excellence.

  • Identify and implement service delivery improvements through automation

  • Escalate and act as point of contact for high severity issues

  • Maintain strong partnerships across technology, business, and operational teams

  • Coach junior team members

  • Provide general oversight and direction of virtual teams

  • Understand ongoing changes in technology in the applications and provide understanding in how to support them going forward.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 2 + years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • 2 + years of .Net and Java application development experience or a combination of both

  • 2+ years of Web Services experience

  • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency

  • Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and design approaches/programs/products to improve overall quality assurance

The Case Management and Workflow Technology group is a PegaSystems-based technology team, with successful Pega-based solutions implemented throughout the enterprise, covering multiple lines of business. The growth in business need for automated case management solutions has continued to rise, as our partners look for robust/reliable solutions that can be quickly delivered. Thus, our team is engaged with consulting, prototyping, design, development and support of BPM solutions that reach across multiple business divisions and disciplines. This (SSA4) position will have the responsibility for supporting these solutions through the testing, implmentation, configuration, deployment and daily production support phases of numerous applications. This role will be accountable for leading our stabilization efforts related to system administration, application and platform support and overall best practices. You will be supported by recognized subject matter experts that are already part of our application team. This role includes, but is not limited to: * 5+ years of application support and implementation experience * Provides first-line Production support for Pega-based systems * Advanced troubleshooting of live production issues and short-term as well as long-term solution implementation. * Provide off-hour on-call support as required. * Incident management and trend analysis * Understand SDLC processes and standards to ensure production changes that adhere to all compliance aspects * Work closely with administrators, architects, and other support teams to ensure applications are performing well and within agreed upon SLAs. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines.
