The MS Dynamics CRM Production Support Tech Lead will focus on implementation, delivery, and maturity of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release & Deployment Management, and Vulnerability Management.
Deliver day-to-day application production support services for Application Integrations
Drive triage activities for medium to high severity incidents working across partner and vendor teams
Troubleshoot complex production issues leveraging partner teams and Subject Matter Experts
Perform root cause analysis as part of problem management and follow-up on action items through closure
Ensure operational risks managed through the risk systems, processes, and initiatives
Support and drive the delivery of required compliance work
Champion continuous improvement work across Technology & Infrastructure teams to drive stability, client delight and operational excellence.
Identify and implement service delivery improvements through automation
Escalate and act as point of contact for high severity issues
Maintain strong partnerships across technology, business, and operational teams
Coach junior team members
Provide general oversight and direction of virtual teams
Understand ongoing changes in technology in the applications and provide understanding in how to support them going forward.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
2 + years of .Net and Java application development experience or a combination of both
2+ years of Web Services experience
Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
