We are seeking several apprentice carpenters with 2 years' experience to join the team. We are seeking candidates who work well in a team environment, can prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently. This position does require general labor type work periodically, however it also provides a great opportunity to learn and develop your carpentry skills and understanding of construction in both commercial and high-end residential settings.

Qualifications: 2 years in the construction industry Excellent note taking skills a MUST Willingness to jump in and do labor-oriented work like: digging and trenching, demolition, site clean-up, etc. Window installation with knowledge of proper flashing Framing Experience Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Detail oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving Able to respond to changing priorities while continuing to maintain attention to detail General construction knowledge beyond just finish carpentry Commitment to performing job efficiently with safety in mind at a steady pace Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment) Must pass a drug-test and background test prior to employment Must have clean driving record Must have reliable transportation Proficiency reading construction drawings, specs, and blueprints, etc. preferred Compensation: $21.00-$26.00 per hour to start, DOE Benefits: Paid sick days (after 90 days) Medical, dental, and vision insurance (after 60 days) Paid holidays (after 90 days) 401(k) option (after 90 days) Please include a resume for consideration for these positions.
