Appointment Setter For Financial Advisors - No Cold Calls

We are a long-established Financial Planning Services company with over forty years of experience. We firmly believe that Financial Planners should concentrate on their expertise - guiding clients to secure their financial future - rather than becoming overwhelmed with administrative tasks. We are currently seeking individuals with a strong focus on customer service to support our agents during their field visits.

In this position, you will work closely with our financial advisors to schedule a wide range of appointments, utilizing our growing customer base. Additionally, you will provide diverse administrative assistance. These calls will be made to existing customers, with no cold calling involved.

Requirements

• Organized, solid professional
• Great telephone etiquette and articulation
• Previous experience in sales, appointment mapping and/or agent sales support
• Ability to handle objections and overcome them based on training tools and scripting objectives
• An incredible work ethic and show up to work every day on time
• Familiarity with Windows-based programs

• Work independently while being a team player.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
