As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life.You'll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space.

Making initial contact with clients and building a rapportCanvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and visionAttending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeownersMaintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfactionEfficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software

Experience & Skills:

Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportationBe able to be on your feet throughout most of the dayBe friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skillsBe able to work weekends and special eventsBe willing to train and excited to represent our brand
