As an Appointment Coordinator at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by confirming appointments and finalizing staffing of the Sales schedules for Design Consultants and Sales Managers.
In this role, you can expect to:
Kick off your career in our four-week training program led by our Training & Development team
Issue set appointments with regards to timing, location, and Design Consultant availability
Dispatch Design Consultants to ensure all issued appointments are staffed and prepared for the consultation
Call, text, and email customers to confirm appointments or clarify their project
