Real Equity Acquisitions is a growing investment company seeking a lead appointment coordinator to schedule appointments and serve as a central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders. As a primary representative for all business leads, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of our high-volume, growing real estate investment firm.
Successful candidates must be tech-savvy, proficient in CRM systems, hold themselves to a high standard of excellence and have the ability to problem-solve under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be highly capable in the following: adaptability, resourcefulness, analytical thinking/problem-solving, proactivity, organizational and time management, business acumen, and written and verbal communication.
Ideal candidates will possess all of the above, as well as have a special knack for handling objections and uncomfortable conversations with ease and professionalism.
Candidates with previous positions in customer services, client engagement, customer support, lead generation, call center management, and lead coordination are also preferred.
