SUMMARY

Schedule service appointments for customers to bring in their vehicle in for needed maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments

• Confidently recommend/promote services

• Outbound customer satisfaction calls

• Respond to customer email & chats

• Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments

• Follow up with customers who are overdue for service

• Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives

• Log customer information and purify database.

• Make outbound calls to internet leads for sales department

• Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership
