Job Summary:

The Business Implementation Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the end-to-end client implementation process utilizing project management structure to ensure that the customer relationship database transitions to Acrisure Advantage Services (AAS).

This role will be responsible for the education, quality, automation, conformance, access and auditing of data stored in the Epic database, as well as managing custom data conversions. This role will build and maintain collaborative working relationships with Acrisure Advantage Services stakeholders, promoting the services and tools to manage the client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal & external team members to onboard participating Agency Partners Book of Businesses to AAS, according to established business processes

  • Utilize Monday.com to track project plans

  • Client data transition synchronization guidance

  • Facilitate kick-off presentations to provide an overview of the AAS team, the transfer process and next steps

  • Send the data to the internal IT team to build the structure for each group

  • Ensure the data file is built in EASE and Suvaun

  • Rely on technology and automation to handle the volume of work

  • Maintain meticulous notes on the projects to keep others aware

  • Connect with the Regulatory Affairs team to start the BOR change process

  • Perform an audit to ensure data accuracy

  • Send out welcome letters to the groups

  • Ensure a smooth transition to the Account Manager

  • Recommend changes to current processes or procedures based on data analysis to improve efficiencies

  • Develop reports that summarize findings and recommendations based on statistical analysis of data

  • Utilize tactfulness to manage sensitive relationships

  • Collaborate with IT staff to develop solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in current workflows and processes

  • Use data mining and analysis tools to identify trends in customer behavior or usage patterns to make business decisions

  • Provide ongoing education and consultation to participating organizations that utilize AAS

  • Maintain customer information in Agency Management System (AMS)

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; two years of related experience and/or training preferred

  • 1-2 years of Applied Epic experience

  • 1-2 years of insurance industry experience; employee benefits experience preferred

  • 1-2 years of project management experience preferred

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including proficiency in leveraging formulas such as v-lookup and creating pivot tables

  • Experience gathering requirements from a client/business, and providing clear documentation/communication

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with the ability to problem solve and implement solutions

  • Must have a process improvement mindset

  • Technical writing skills to communicate efficiently to all audiences

  • Professional, organized, and strong communicator. Must be able to communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to all levels of the organization.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy

  • Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
