RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage SharePoint environments by providing site and content administration, user permissions, creating and maintaining sites, workspaces, workflows, lists, and libraries

  • Create and modify SharePoint forms

  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures for applications

  • Work with Director of IT to maintain and ensure IT compliance with SOX audits if applicable

  • Configure, customize, maintain and develop software systems to meet identified business needs

  • Coordinate software maintenance, patches, and upgrades with users, systems administrators, and IT management

  • Represent the Americas team on global projects, as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required: Four-year degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related area of discipline or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 Years' experience in Information Technology

  • Experience with content management and implementing best practices

  • SharePoint development and design experience

  • Cognos, BPC, Citrix and Sage experience a plus

  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies to existing environment

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and listening communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Occasional travel to US and Mexico locations

  • Availability to be on call after hours.

We employ more than 40,000 employees and subcontract workers in over 23 countries.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Work with Development teams Globally by supporting test &amp; evaluation of technical issues locally in the US.</li> <li>Review customer testing facilities and procedures to bring alignment with JE processes and procedures and correlate qualification testing.</li> <li>Work with assigned global development teams in proofing new designs.</li> <li>Analyze and test failed field returns for design or process improvements. </li> <li>Interface with customer technical communities to quickly assess and correct issues.</li> <li>Business system support and improvement.</li> <li>Act as is primary technical contact for customers</li> <li>Design &amp; Development of teams interface:</li> <li>Customer specification review and clarification as needed for new product opportunities.</li> <li>Customer specification review and assessment for existing product opportunities leading to use as is or use with minor adjustments (Same As Except)</li> <li>Review and confirm Design team's outputs do address customer requirements prior to releasing documentation or samples to customers.</li> <li>Review customer specifications for completeness and accuracy.
