Dewberry is currently seeking an Applications Specialist Intern to join our Information Technology Group in our Fairfax, VA office for approximately 20 or more hours per week. This individual will provide functional support for our marketing/CRM and proposal system. This is an excellent career opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join and support a team of other outstanding professionals, and will report to the IT Marketing Information Systems Manager.


  • Support Dewberry's Vision Application Team by providing:

  • Database input providing marketing/CRM and proposal system support.

  • Support for the data integrity / data quality throughout CRM and proposal systems.

  • Support the improvement of CRM and proposal development tools.

  • Support the development of systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Required Skills & Required Experience

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Management or other related field

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

  • Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment

  • Proactive in accomplishing tasks

  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines

  • Professional demeanor

  • Experience working in Microsoft programs (Word and Excel)

  • Experience working in a database preferred, but not necessary
