Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

KLA Pro Systems group in Semi Process Control Organization is responsible for development/marketing and applications support of re-launched or fully refurbished systems serving mature market customers.

Pro Systems Marketing & Applications organization managing strategic planning process, market analysis, tracking KLA Pro systems MS% & SAM, coordination of customer demos, applications acceptances, STRs, source inspections, RFQ and spec responses, maintenance of sales collateral for internal and external websites, pre-sales, benchmarking, and technical engagements to drive customer adoption and strategic penetrations.

Own KLA Pro Systems related inspections tool models applications entitlement/ contracts/acceptances and technical engagements at customer sites worldwide. Support applications execution in the demo process (understanding DRF, talking to account team RPM, apps to define demo success criteria), delivering final reports to the customer.

Technical function and maintenance of knowledge database for KLA Pro Systems product, apps review of specs and STRs. Define and arrange for chargeable STRs - KLA Pro Systems apps contracts. Support developing tools and sales collateral enabling field and internal sales to sell KLA Pro's range of product offerings.

Responsible for KLA Pro systems delivery of apps related to the sale of inspections platforms, coordination/planning/communication and applications execution, technical function and maintenance of knowledge database, apps review of specs and STRs.

Develop tools and sales collateral enabling field & internal sales to sell broad range of product offerings. Work closely with diverse KLA Pro Systems organization including operations and internal sales; account teams field sales, Tech directors, RPMs, and peer apps. This role reports to Director of Marketing and Applications in KLA Pro Systems group.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD. in EE, Applied Physics, Materials Science or related fields.

• 7+ years' experience in semiconductor or semiconductor equipment industry

• Detailed applications knowledge of semiconductor inspection products and customer use cases.

  2 years managing a team of engineers with proven ability to develop new talent and meet or exceed team objectives.

  
  

• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Working knowledge of inspection technologies

Minimum Qualifications

8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
