Citigroup Global Markets Operations & Technology LLC seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Conduct architectural evaluation, design and analysis of enterprise wide systems throughout the Institutional Services Group.

Conduct onboarding of new technologies, such as BlueOptima, Total Privileged Access Management, and CyberArk in alignment with engineering excellence standards. Create, upgrade, modify and maintain Weblogic, Tomcat, and Websphere application servers. Create and maintain Shell scripts to be executed in Unix/Linux machines based on team requirements.

Create and maintain scripts written in JAVA ensuring unit test creation and execution prior to deployment to System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production environments. Use Oracle database to update, insert and delete statements for reference data maintenance based on each release cycle and to generate reports. Configure, maintain and support all connectivity scripts and/or servers that use Enterprise Messaging System, Mainframe Queue distribution or cross domain references that require SSL communication.

Upgrade end of life libraries, performing all reference checks and regression testing to ensure no functional impact. Configure and maintain application builds and continuous integration process for all existing and new application packages. Create and maintain packages, branches and master source in internal source repository, generate diffs, and perform merges and conflict resolution as needed.

Create monitoring processes to proactively remediate potential issues. Investigate and resolve Level 3 support issues and influence change with development teams to improve system stability and business objectives.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Applications Development Analyst, Applications Development Lead or closely related position.

Must have 5 years of work experience with: Java; Oracle; Unix/Linux and Shell scripting; Source control, continuous integration, deployment automation, and application server tools; Enterprise Messaging Service; Architecture review, server configuration and implementation of technology infrastructure. We are looking for systems support professional to join one of our expanding teams at our office in Tampa. This role will provide application and technical support to our branch network and regional processing centers, to our Funds Services, Cash or Custody & Clearing teams. The systems supported are key systems within Citi. We are interested in hearing from people with technical support experience from a variety of backgrounds, or with a strong interest in moving into a technical support function. The system sets we support include mainframes, client-server architecture, middleware applications, data transfers, large-scale applications, databases, batch jobs and real time users.
