Position Summary The Applications Developer / Analyst (PLM) will rely heavily on strong technical skills to design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support solutions to improve our core business systems, of which our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, Aras Innovator, is a core focus.

This role will involve supporting end users with system issues and queries, through to the development of features that improve business processes and enhance our “digital thread”. This position requires a natural curiosity about how a process works and find new and better ways to accomplish the job, while being disciplined to track progress using our internal tools. In addition to the focus on PLM, this position offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation and process automation using a technology stack that incudes industry-leading low-code development platform – OutSystems, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – UIPath. Job Duties/Responsibilities Provide front line support for PLM/Aras users, including security, data maintenance and education Work with process owners and operators to identify workflow and system improvement opportunities Support the continuous improvement and development of PLM/Aras Innovator and other core business systems Provide new digital experiences as part of overall business process re-engineering Support and development of other projects written in Outsystems Support ongoing application maintenance tasks Experience Required Technical Proficiency:

Strong proficiency in C# programming language. Extensive experience with JavaScript, including frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Proficient in SQL (T-SQL), Stored Procedures and working with relational databases like SQL Server Proven experience in full-stack development, with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.

Familiarity with .NET framework and .NET Core for application development.

Experience in developing web applications and services using ASP.NET or similar frameworks. Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems.

Strong knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization techniques. Experience with database administration, including backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery for front-end development.

Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration. Knowledge of modern web development practices, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience with version control systems such as Git. Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Ability to analyze user requirements, design system solutions, and implement changes effectively. Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A commitment to delivering high quality work and exceptional customer service Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Strong documentation skills for creating technical specifications and user guides.

Additional Skills: Previous experience with IT ticketing systems Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Familiarity with low-code development platforms such as OutSystems Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Understanding of security best practices in software development. Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements. Working knowledge of PLM/PDM systems a plus.

Work Environment This position is an on-site role, with 1 flex day per week of remote work.
